Established in 1997, Partners In Progress is a private, not-for-profit corporation and one of the most comprehensive service providers to teens and adults with intellectual and other disabilities in Tioga County. Partners In Progress provides job-skills training, supported employment, and day programs to over 175 people with disabilities at 15 locations throughout the community.

Partners In Progress puts people with disabilities to work in a variety of industries and businesses throughout the community. PIP also provides a variety of adult day programs and student transition and recreation services.
